About Yuliya

For 20 years I have worked inside companies as co-founder, a product manager, COO, CTO, and Enterprise Agile coach from early-stage startups to AbInBev and global SaaS firms.
I have built companies, products and departments from zero, navigated organisational crises, and led remote teams across 12 countries.

I combine management experience and Agile expertise (ICAgile ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, ICP-ATF, ICP-CAT; SAFe Agilist) with psychodynamic and existential coaching, ORSC™ systems coaching, and Trauma-Informed Leadership and whole-life spiritual growth.

The coaching process

Introductory Session

In our first 30-minute session, we'll review your current situation, identify your specific needs, and explore potential options for cooperation.

Cooperation offer

After the intro session, I will prepare an individual proposal for you, the company or the project. We agree on the conditions of cooperation and choose the most optimal way to achieve the goal. This can be an individual coaching program, a company transformation plan, a training program for your team, an anti-crisis program. We will determine the success criteria also.

Program Launch and Execution

Together, we will develop events tailored to your needs, train all relevant parties, and initiate the necessary changes.
We will conduct individual coaching sessions and monitor your progress. Throughout the process, we will analyze the pace and effectiveness of the changes, using regular feedback to ensure and measure a success.

Maintenance and support

Upon successful completion of the project or program, I will remain available to you for 3 months to support the stabilization of changes and address any questions you may have.
